Ibérico pork is one of those treasures that nature provides for us to enjoy at the table.

At Gaia, in our search for the best product, we found pork and Jamón Ibérico to be the perfect expression of what we have come to know as a “gastronomy luxury”.

For both cured and fresh pork, Iberian pigs
are bred free and graze free, and become a

The magic of
the bellota

Within the selection of iberian free-grazing,
there is one Jamón that outshines all others,
and it comes from the pigs that eat bellota
acorns, fruit of the holm and the cork oaks,
Mediterranean trees that grow in pastures,
the quintessential environment where Iberian
pigs are bred.

This diet is what results in the meat’s
characteristic marbling of the healthy fat
(oleic acid) of the bellota acorn, which is the
essence of its flavor and its texture, and
which make it an exquisite product provided by Montaraz from Spain.

The breeding and production of this species is strictly
regulated and supervised by competent authorities
and by the Spanish government.

Therefore, a brand with wide trajectory, credibility,
and renown is the only way to guarantee the origin
and the quality of the product.
