Fed with acorn during the Montanera and slowly cured in our natural drying sheds - A Work of Art

Since our beginnings in 1890, we have maintained the traditional, artisan and family production, respecting the salting and curing process in natural drying-sheds. Sea salt and patience have always been our only preservation secrets. The serenity and naturalness of the process has been inherited from the past, and the ancestral experience has been passed on from father to son during five generations of ham masters. The result is an authentic Jamón, 100% natural and the only one without additives and preservatives available in US and Puerto Rico.
