🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 lb Montaraz Secreto Iberico

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 oz Dutch cheese, sliced or shredded

  • 2 oz Montaraz Cebo de Campo (Presliced)

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
