🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 lb Montaraz Iberico Pork Belly, sliced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp honey or molasses

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • Edible flowers for garnish
