Chickpea stew with Cabecero

Ingredients
Can of pre cooked chickpeas
300 gr Montaraz Iberian headboard
Onion
Garlic
Laurel
Paprika
Tomato
Saffron
Turmeric
Chicken and vegetable broth
White wine
Salt and pepper

Preparation
We cut the Montaraz Iberian cabecero into squares
We seal it in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
We remove and sauté the garlic and onion with crushed tomato, bay leaf, turmeric and paprika.
We add the can of chickpeas with their liquid, we increase the pork, vegetable and chicken broth, white wine and saffron
We let it cook for 20-25 min.
